Before I invest the time to write a new post, I want to make sure that the “Daily Campaign” algorithm will work properly to deliver what I write. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance that it is working again. (fingers crossed!)
In case you didn’t read my message that accompanied yesterday’s Beauty & Style Spotlight Team, here’s a reprise of what’s been going on over the past several weeks for me.
“This is a test run. MailerLite stopped delivering my posts several weeks ago. When I discovered the error, I tried to contact them to get some help to fix the problem. Nothing is easy because, of course, I was initially connected with an AI helper that was not help at all. When I finally got an email reply from a human days later, I was told not to post anything till they looked at my website the way it was when the error occurred. A few weeks later, I received another email telling me that the error was on their end. Duh. And they added that they will get around to fixing the issue in time. Meanwhile, their prices are going up in September, so I have to find a different delivery system. Ugh…
FYI, construction on my basement has finally begun, though my contractor is away on vacation now and has some medical tests when he returns. Nothing’s easy, but I’m sure you know that.”
The wood on the floor marks off how the space will be used. The first photo below shows three separate closets: coat closet, a closet for hanging clothing (except for where the pipe is in the middle that can’t be moved, and a closet with shelving.
Below the wood on the floor sets off Jeff’s future office. We’re putting in two more windows to bring in more light.
Oh, btw, the intro photo at the beginning of the post shows native “ghost pipes”. Though sometimes mistakenly called a mushroom, it isn’t. It is a rare, completely white or pale pink perennial wildflower that lacks chlorophyll and gets its nutrients by exploiting underground mycorrhizal fungi that connect tree roots. Very cool. Have you seen ghost pipes in wooded areas?
Anyway, I’m hoping that this post delivery will work out, so I can write a real post for Tuesday. 🙂
