Yesterday, I told you about my favorite cosmetics from 2025 (except I forgot to list Paula’s Choice Ectoine, an amazing hydrating serum!). Today, here are my favorite health and wellness products that I tried in 2025 and are now staples in my stash!
- Wushxi Silk Cordless Heated Mask: I wish I had found this Wushxi Silk Cordless Heated Mask years ago because it would have saved me $$$ instead of all the other masks that I bought. It is everything I was looking for in a heated eye mask! Since it is cordless – the primary benefit, I can fall asleep wearing it and not end up pulling a too short electrical cord out of the socket! In addition, I appreciate how easy it is too recharge the mask every 3 or 4 days. And I love that I can remove the cover to wash it – plus it dries fast too. Because I need moist heat for my dry eyes, I spray water on the cover and the heat warms the moisture. Heaven. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this fantastic mask more strongly! $29.99 on Amazon
- Bon Patch Sleep Patches: Although Bon Patch sent me other patches to try out, the Sleep patches fulfill my biggest need: getting a decent night sleep! So I haven’t tried the others yet. With the Sleep patch, I am able to fall back asleep if I wake up during the night. Sometimes I can actually sleep through the entire night. What I haven’t tried yet is applying the patch earlier than when I want to go to sleep, e.g. 11pm rather than my normal sleep time 1:30-2am, to see if it would make me sleepy enough to go to sleep earlier. Nevertheless, this natural patch has been a game changer for me! In fact, I just purchased two more boxes of patches, a two month supply. My only wish is that they made the patches a color rather than clear because I often forget I still have it on 18 hours later. - CVS Health Cleansing Eye Wipes: I’ve had dry eyes for 20 years. I wake up every morning with gunk on my eyelids and eyelashes, ew.
