We had a Nor’easter on Thursday night. Tough drive home in the rain and wind from the plant auction at the North Shore Horticultural Society. When I got home I noticed that the power had gone out because the clocks were stopped. Then the security system that runs on the lines from my old landline started beeping indicating that the phone was out. Oh well. So I didn’t get to write a post for Friday/yesterday.
At any rate, for the holiday weekend most brands of cosmetics are having some kind of sale. So if there’s something you need, now’s the time to go for it…unless you want to wait till July 4th!
Hope you have an excellent Memorial Day and weekend. The rain and cold are supposed to continue here until Sunday when Jeff will want to stay in and watch the Indy 500, lol. Nevertheless, I will be in the yard planting the plants that I bought at the auction!
