Bath and body products are my jam. No surprise that my bathroom is packed with different body lotions, butters and oils!
One of the latest additions to my collection is from Canadian clean beauty brand, ATTITUDE, specifically from their Super Leaves line. Recently, I’ve written about the ATTITUDE Super Leaves Shower Gel as well as Shampoo and Conditioner (reviewed here and here).
ATTITUDE Super Leaves Body Lotion with Orange Blossom and Eucalyptus, primarily because of the orange plant components, complements the Super Leaves Shower Gel with Orange Leaves. The scent is a lightweight floral from the orange blossom and refreshing due to the eucalyptus. The two scents come together to create a delicious scent that I can smell when I apply the lotion but that fades within a minute or two.
The Body Lotion’s key ingredients are the same as the Shower Gel’s:
- Indian cress and watercress for revitalization
- Orange leaf extract to improve the look of the skin and restore its suppleness
and they’re ingredients with no issues according to the Environmental Working Group that often has stringent guidelines.
The white lotion itself is non-greasy and is instantly absorbed into the skin.
There’s no white residue that has to be worked in. In fact, the lotion is absorbed so quickly, and its lightweight skin feel may be a tad too lightweight for my super-dry skin. Sometimes, I’ll go back and apply a second application of lotion. Nevertheless, I believe that Super Leaves Body Lotion would be hydrating enough for the vast majority of people. My very dry skin is pretty much the torture test for body moisturizers 😉
ATTITUDE Super Leaves Body Lotion with Orange Blossom and Eucalyptus comes in an HDPE plastic, easily recyclable pump bottle containing 16 fl. oz./473 ml. The body lotion comes in 9 other varieties with different key ingredients and scents. Plus it also comes in an unscented version.
Like all of the other Super Leaves products that I have reviewed, Super Leaves Body Lotion is cruelty-free, vegan, containing over 98% naturally-derived ingredients. It’s free from SLS, SLES, petrolatum, mineral oil, and artificial colors. In addition, it’s tested by dermatologists.
