I’ve been jogging, running and hiking for decades, so I’m on my feet a lot. A couple of weeks ago, I received a bundle of foot wellness products – “Treatment Turnaround”  – from a new-to-me company, Pedestrian Project.

But even if you’re not a person who exercises on your feet, you’re probably on your feet a lot too at work or just living your everyday life! So Pedestrian Project may be of interest to you, too. 😀

The box from Pedestrian Project contained three products (though they have more than 3 products!), and so far, I’ve been using two of them.

Walker’s Cream

Walker’s Cream is a medium weight cream that would be great for anyone, not just walkers and joggers. It transforms dry skin on your feet into silky, soft skin. I use it every night, and it’s a fast drying product. Because my feet are usually cold in the winter, I put on comfy sleep socks over my lotioned feet, and in the morning, my feet feel so soft!

Here’s how the company describes their product:

Rich and buttery, natural and nourishing, our deep hydrating daily moisturizer was made for the thicker skin on our feet. It instantly replenishes dry skin, softens calluses and smooths away roughness, for healthier, happier, feel-good feet and legs.

Walker’s Cream contains natural ingredients: African Shea Butter, Moringa Seed Oil, Aloe Vera Juice Cocoa Seed Butter, and anti-inflammatory rosemary extract. It’s cruelty-free and 100% vegan. It comes in a handy recyclable tube containing 4 oz. and is priced at $12. Walker’s Cream is sold on the Pedestrian Project website and Amazon.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Stearic Acid, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Synthetic Beeswax, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cetearyl Olivate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa), Seed Butter, Sodium Hyaluronate, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Sorbitan Olivate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Sodium Phytate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Xanthan Gum, Sodium PCA, Natural Fragrance

Relief Balm

The second product that I have been using for a few days is Relief Balm. When I first received it, I didn’t have an immediate need for it, or so I thought. But last week when my friend was visiting me from out of town, I ended up doing quite a bit of driving. I discovered that the muscles on my right shin were very sore every time I drove and put my foot on the pedal. So painful! Then I remembered that I had a jar of Relief Balm from Pedestrian Project in the box they sent me.

Relief Balm is a thick paste/balm. When I put my finger on the golden balm that’s crafted with coconut oil, the heat of my finger melts it and makes it easy for me to apply it wherever I need it.

I apply it up and down my shin. I was very surprised that my leg felt so much better after the first night of applying it! I have continued using it for the past couple of nights just to make sure that my shin is really better, and so far it is!

Here’s how Pedestrian Project describes Relief Balm:

A high powered healing balm to instantly soothe sore soles and ease achy joints. Loaded with 500mg of broad spectrum CBD, Arnica Oil and healing herbs, it’s intensely restorative, plant-based self care.

I guess the CBD and the Arnica Oil have worked their magic for me, yay! In addition, Relief Balm contains skin ingredients Mango Butter for supple skin and Ginger Root Extract, a soothing anti-oxidant.

A little Relief Balm goes a long way, and the jar contains 1.7 oz. that looks like it going to last me a very long time. It’s priced at $30 and is also sold on the Pedestrian Project website.

Ingredients: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Stearyl Heptanoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Coconut Alkanes, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Jojoba Esters, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Wax, Acacia Decurrens Flower Wax, Polyglycerin-3, Hydroxystearic Acid, Myristyl Myristate, Diheptyl Succinate, Capryloyl Glycerin/Sebacic Acid Copolymer, Oleyl Erucate, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Arnica Montana (Arnica) Flower Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Bisabolol, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Natural Fragrance

Cracked Heel Repair

The third product in Pedestrian Project’s Big Three is Cracked Heel Repair. Fortunately, I don’t have cracked skin on my heels, but I had asked for the product for Jeff who sometimes does get cracked skin on his heels. When I told him that I had received the product for him to use, he told me he usually gets cracked heels in the summer! Silly me for thinking very dry skin is a winter thing. Well, at least I will have it on hand for him if he needs it in the summer.

Actually, I think I will get in touch with the person from Pedestrian Project and ask her if Cracked Heel Repair would be safe for me to use on the corners of my mouth that are still a little cracked. Looking at the total ingredient list below, it might be OK to try.

Pedestrian Project describes Cracked Heel Repair as follows:

The antidote for dry, cracked heels, our plant-powered, nutrient-rich butter repairs even the most severely compromised heels. It melts into the skin to fill cracks, smooth away roughness, restore moisture and create an invisible layer of protection.

Cracked Heel Repair is a thick balm in stick form. The stick contains 1 oz. and is priced at $14. It’s sold on the Pedestrian Project website on its own or you can save money by buying it bundled with Walker’s Cream for $24. It’s also sold on Amazon and Walmart.

Ingredients: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Squalane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Tocopherol, Juniperus Mexicana Oil, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Butter, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Oil, Natural Fragrance
