It’s the weekend already. I don’t know about you, but I’m still doing end of summer chores like taking the pots, hangers and summer furniture out of the yard and putting them into the basement and garage. But before we get started, a great bagel shop, Salty’s Bagels in Rockport MA, that somewhere between a business and a hobby is having a pop-up in the next town to me tomorrow morning. They usually sell out, so I’ve gotta get myself up earlier than usual and get down to the bakery. They’re the best bagels in these parts by far!

When we were in Florida two years ago we couldn’t find a good bagel place anywhere. We finally found one but it was quite far from us. I guess we all get used to our hometown ones. Now I’ll have to remember to stop and get some on the way home from my doctor appt. tomorrow.

I drove to Treat Bakery where Salty’s Bagels were having a pop-up on Saturday morning, and when I got there are 9:20am, the woman who worked in the bakery shouted out, “If you’re here for bagels, we’re sold out”. At 9:20am!!! They opened at 8am, but still! So disappointed
